| Who can apply | Class XII or equivalent, first appearance within the year window in the current brochure; students from all streams (Science, Commerce, Arts and Humanities) may sit the exam. Admission eligibility varies by institute and stream. |
| Age / class | Age limit by date of birth (relaxation for SC/ST/PwD) and Class XII year window are fixed each year; maximum two attempts, in consecutive years. Score valid one year. |
