Non-Academic Status: LAPT certifications are professional credentials, not academic degrees or diplomas.
No Academic Credit System: LAPT does not operate under a credit accumulation system (such as ECTS or CATS). Our certifications are standalone professional benchmarks and are not intended for credit transfer into university degree programs.

LAPT is strictly an assessment body.
Independent Training: LAPT does not provide training directly. All preparatory courses are conducted by third-party providers. Accreditation of a training provider signifies that their curriculum aligns with LAPT assessment standards; it does not constitute a guarantee of the provider's independent business practices.
Skills Validation: A certificate confirms that the candidate has successfully demonstrated the required proficiency level through structured assessments — including theory tests, practicals, or portfolios — at a specific point in time.
LAPT is a UK-registered entity and is listed with the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP). Please note that LAPT is not regulated by UK government awarding bodies such as Ofqual. Our certifications are private, professional credentials intended for global career development and skill verification.
LAPT provides the framework for skill validation but does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific job placements. The outcome of any career pursuit remains the responsibility of the candidate and the hiring organization.

By utilizing LAPT services or holding an LAPT certification, the user agrees that any and all legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, where LAPT is legally registered.
